Taylor Richards & Conger, Journeys-A Travel Company and Marquis Jets hosted “Travel in Style” at the TRC Phillips Place location on Thursday, September 11th, 2008.

Presented at the event were six globe spanning travel vignettes, each with clothing appropriate for the destination. Representative Carol Ashford of Perry Golf entertained guests with tales of playing some of the United Kingdom’s finest courses. Micato Safaris rep Junelle White discussed African safaris while Jennifer Adam-Andersen of Kristiania Lech spoke about the art showing at this Austrian resort. Carneros Inn representative Maureen Meacham painted a vivid picture of the relaxing Californian scenery, and Kristin Heinrich spoke of traveling the Italian countryside in a sleek red Ferrari.

Guests were treated to delicious hors d’oeuvres by Alex Myrick of Blue Restaurant and Bar and an incredible wine selection from vintners Honig, Gundlach Bundschu and Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet, represented by Doug Cohen of Tryon Distributing.
